Vote-by-Mail Tips
YOUR BALLOT WILL COME WITH TWO ENVELOPES. BE CAREFUL TO FILL OUT ALL 5 SECTIONS OF THE I.D. ENVELOPE, SIGN & DATE, THEN SEAL.

Your best bet is to hand deliver your completed ballot curbside to a Cuyahoga County Board of Elections (BOE) drop box at either 30th & Euclid or 30th & Chester during business hours. After hours, you can pull up to the drop box in the BOE parking lot. (Chester drop box is only open during business hours.)

If you can't do that, take your ballot to a post office window and make sure it has a post mark on it while you are still there. In the March 2017 primary, many mail-in ballots were disqualified because the envelope had no postmark.
Cleveland ballots need 70 cents.
Mail your ballot no later than October 19th because of expected mail delays from the volume of mail-in ballots and the cut backs to postal service done by the Trump administration.
